(1) For the evaluation of practical examination held at the central office of the commission, there will be an evaluation committee consisting of an expert or expert in the relevant subject and one other person under the chairmanship of a member appointed by the chairman or an authorized employee of the commission.
(2) For the evaluation of the practical examination held in the regional or zonal office of the Commission, there will be an evaluation committee consisting of a maximum of four members including an expert or expert appointed by him and a representative of the central office of the Commission under the chairmanship of the head of the concerned office.
(3) The methods and methods related to the evaluation of the practical examination shall be as provided in the guidelines made by the commission.
